By purchasing our hardware,registering an account, or accessing our Asset Management platform,you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use theservice.
Description of Service
We provide an asset tracking service utilizing physical GPS locators that report hardware coordinates to our servers. The platform processes this data to provide location viewing capabilities and automatically dispatches asset relocation alerts via email and optional WhatsApp messaging service.
Permissible Use and Stalking Prohibition
Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the assetsbeing tracked, or that you have obtained explicit, written consent from theowner of the asset.
Illicit Tracking: You strictly agree NOT to use our GPS locators to trackindividuals without their knowledge, or to track any property you do notlegally control. Unlawful monitoring or stalking using our platform will resultin immediate termination of service and referral to law enforcement.
Messaging and Notification Consent

Limitations of Liability and Service Interruptions
You acknowledge that the service relies on third-party cellular network providers, satellite connections, and third-party utility APIs (such as Metafor WhatsApp delivery). We provide tracking data for informational purposes. We are not aninsurance provider or law enforcement agency. Termination of Service
We reserve the right tosuspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, ifwe suspect a violation of these Terms, non-payment of service fees, or potentially illegal deployment of our tracking hardware.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
