  • GPS & Location Data: Continuous or periodic geographic location, speed, time, and routing data transmitted by your hardware GPS locators to our servers.
  • Notification Preferences: Phone numbers and email addresses designated to receive relocation alerts and system updates.
  • Device Identifiers: IMEI numbers, serial numbers, and technical logs from the GPS tracking hardware and your web/mobile browser.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to operate and improve our services, including:

  • Monitoring and displaying real-time asset locations to authorized account owners.
  • Processing and triggering automated email and WhatsApp alerts regarding asset relocation, geofencing breaches, or battery status.
  • Managing billing, customer support, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Preventing fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal use of our tracking platform.

Data Security and Retention

  • Security: We implement industry-standardencryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit from your GPS locators to ourservers, and secure database encryption for data at rest.
  • Retention: We retain account informationfor as long as your account is active. Historical GPS location logs areretained for 180 days for reporting purposes, after which they areanonymized or permanently deleted.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage your notification settings or opt out of option alalerts at any time through your dashboard panel. Note that disabling phone numbers or email addresses will stop WhatsApp and email relocation alerts.
