The management of traditional parking lots mostly adopts the card/ticket dispenser type. Car owners must stop to retrieve or swipe their cards when entering and existing the parking lot. It is easy to get wet in rainy and snowy weather. And it is more likely to cause accidents such as sliding and collision because the owner has to park on a slope in order to swipe the card. Today, the intelligent parking solution which utilizes UHF RFID reading technology allows for card reading from a distance of over 10 meters, enabling seamless drive-through access without stopping. The cards used are passive, readable, and writable, capable of recording vehicle and access information without the need for a battery, resulting in extremely low costs.

The intelligent parking solution automatically captures and compares images of vehicles entering and exiting, accurately identifying vehicle owners’ information. This not only effectively prevents repeated use of a single card across multiple vehicles but also features a card expiration prompt function. Additionally, it incorporates a network video system with recording capabilities, enabling real-time monitoring of vehicle entrances/exits and the entire parking lot. This allows for unattended operation and facilitates supervision of the toll collectors.
